What type of pallet rack do I need?

Selective teardrop rack is the default for mixed SKUs that need direct pallet access. Pushback holds 2–6 pallets deep, LIFO by SKU; pallet flow serves FIFO or dated stock; drive-in suits bulk storage with few SKUs; cantilever supports long loads; carton flow serves case picking. We compare these choices against your inventory and available space in the CAD layout.

When will my rack be delivered and installed?

Standard teardrop sizes often quick-ship; high-density systems and non-standard sizes take longer. Material lead time is confirmed on your quote, and installation time depends on bay count and site readiness. Tell us your required receiving date so we can agree the delivery and installation sequence.

Do you install pallet rack?

Yes. We handle design, supply and installation by experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. The approved CAD layout sets the arrangement; the rack is anchored to the floor, aligned and labeled with capacities before handover.

What determines the price of a pallet rack system?

Price depends on pallet positions, rack height, beam capacity, decking, freight and installation. Send your pallet size, heaviest load per level, clear height and building size; we will provide a free CAD layout and an itemized quote before you buy.

How much weight can pallet rack hold?

There is no single capacity that applies to every pallet rack. Beam capacity is rated per pair, per level; frame capacity depends on frame height and beam spacing. We size beams and frames from your heaviest pallet and put the configuration's capacities on load plaques.

Choosing Between Rack Types

Four things decide the answer: how many SKUs you carry, how many pallets you hold of each one, how fast product turns, and how much height the building gives you.

Many SKUs with a pallet or two each point to selective pallet rack. Several pallets of the same item favor pushback. Date-driven rotation calls for pallet flow. Large volumes of a few items in a tight footprint suit drive-in. Long material needs cantilever, and case picking needs carton flow.
